Head of Training

Per started to fly in 1984 with a PPL.

In 1989 he, along with 2 other guys, founded a small aviation company in Denmark. The company operated PA-42 and Beech King Air 200’s. He sold his shares in 1993

He got his captain rating in 1990.

In the years from 1989 – 1996, Per was flying for different GA companies, gaining experience all over the world on King Air’s and Cessna Citation’s flying executive-, charter- and hospital flights.
(Contracts in Europe, Greenland, Afghanistan and Africa).

In 1996 he joined the danish airline Cimber where he got his ATR rating as a captain.
From 1997 he started as a line training captain and instructor, both as Emergency procedure trainer and as flight- and ground instructor. Per was responsible for the emergency procedure training for more than 15 years.

TRI/TRE/Skill test examiner since 1997.

From 1998 – 2008 Per was coordinator between Cimber and Lufthansa City Line, responsible that Cimber was in compliance with the safety- and emergency procedures of Lufthansa City Line. Cimber was operating 7 ATR’s in Germany on behalf of Lufthansa City Line.

From 2008 – 2011 Per was “away from the ATR” flying as a captain and line training captain on the Bombardier CRJ 200.
In 2011 he returned “home” to the ATR

In 2013 Per got a job as captain/instructor/examiner in the Maldivian Airline Villa Air/ FlyMe where he was helping the company to set the standard for their training department. Per became senior examiner with the Maldivian caa.

Since 2015, Per has been involved in ATR training in most parts of the world, helping companies to start up ATR operation, doing Type ratings, base training, line training and line support.
Per also performed several ferry flights to almost all areas of the world.
