Airbus A320 Typerating

At Line Aviation we offer EASA Airbus A320 training at various locations throughout the world!

The typerating will allow you to operate the aircraft commercially and is the final step of becoming a professional pilot!

The typerating programme is fully compliant with the latest Airbus OSD, ensuring full regulatory compliance!

You will start the course by completing a 36 hour technical CBT from AvSoft as part of your home study for the typerating.

5 Days of classroom training

36 Hours / 9 Days of interactive Airbus Pilot Transition (APT) training, delivered on as Flat Panel Training (FPT). It is given as part of the theoretical classroom training to enhance your theoretical standpoint before the FSTD training!*

*the APT can be disregarded depending on your previous experience!

Flight Instruction

32 Hours of FFT/FFS (FSTD Type-D Simulator) training

4 Hour FFS Skilltest

4 or 6 Landings in the real aircraft*
